51. After receiving notice of the [appellate body]'s remand, the Executive Board shall reconsider and decide on the request for registration or issuance.

54. If the Executive Board, by its reconsidered decision, rejects the request for registration or issuance, then, on the same date of its reconsidered decision, it shall adopt and provide a reconsidered ruling.
54- في حالة رفض المجلس التنفيذي طلب التسجيل أو الإصدار، بموجب قراره المعاد فيه النظر، يعتمد عندئذ في نفس تاريخ إعادة النظر حكماً جديداً ويصدره.

(a) At the request of the project participants, register a validated Article 6 project by publishing the request for registration and assigning a unique identification number to the project, unless objections are raised in accordance with the following provisions:
(أ) بناء على طلب المشاركين في المشروع، تسجيل مشروع المادة 6 المصادق عليه بنشر طلب التسجيل وتعيين رقم تعريف ينفرد به المشروع، إلا إذا أثيرت إعتراضات وفقاً للأحكام التالية:

59. Requests the Executive Board to ensure that editorial errors which will not affect the assessment of compliance with validation and verification requirements do not lead to a determination that the request for registration or issuance is incomplete, while ensuring environmental integrity;
59- يطلب إلى المجلس التنفيذي أن يكفَل ألا تؤدي الأخطاء التحريرية التي لا تؤثر في تقييم الامتثال لشروط المصادقة والتحقق إلى اتخاذ قرار بعدم اكتمال طلب التسجيل أو الإصدار، مع ضمان السلامة البيئية في الوقت ذاته؛

(c) That the fact, or set of facts, if corrected and considered, would not have resulted in the ruling that rejected or required an alteration to the request for registration or issuance.
(ج) أن واقعة أو مجموعة من الوقائع ما كانت لتؤدي إلى قرار رفض طلب التسجيل أو الإصدار أو اشتراط تغييرهما لو صححت أو جرى تناولها.
