At the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee, some delegations suggested the inclusion in article 5 of a savings clause similar to that contained in article 15 of the revised draft Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children.
الخاصين بوضع اللاجئين .في الدورة الرابعة للجنة المخصصة ، اقترحت بعض الوفود أن يدرج في المادة ٥ شرط استثناء مماثل للشرط الوارد في المادة ٥١ من المشروع المنقح للبروتوكول ، بشأن منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار باﻷشخاص، وخاصة النساء واﻷطفال .

10. Having reviewed the Arabic version of the revised draft Protocol, the Syrian Arab Republic would like to propose amendments to articles 7, 8, 9 and 11, as well as to suggest additional articles.
٠١- بعد الاطلاع على النسخة العربية من مشروع بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والجو والبحر، المكمل لاتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، تود الجمهورية العربية السورية ابداء عدد من الملاحظات على المواد ٧ و٨ و٩ و١١ واقتراح اضافة مواد أخرى الى مشروع البروتوكول.

230. the revised draft Protocol against the smuggling of migrants by land, air and sea (A/AC.254/4/Add.1/Rev.1), which was before the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee, incorporated the comments made at the first session.

32. The representative of Argentina introduced amendments to the revised draft Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Women and Children, supplementary to the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime.
32- وقدم ممثل الأرجنتين تعديلات على المشروع المنقح للبروتوكول الخاص بمنع الاتجار بالنساء والأطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه، المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية.

At the fourth session of the Ad Hoc Committee, some delegations suggested the inclusion in article 5 of a savings clause similar to that contained in article 15 of the revised draft Protocol to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, especially Women and Children.

Insert the word “twentieth” in square brackets, thereby bringing the draft Protocol into line with the revised draft Protocol against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Air and Sea, supplementing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, which contains the same provision.
تدرج داخل القوسين المعقوفتين الكلمة " العشرين " ، لكي يتماشى مشروع هذا البروتوكول مع المشروع المنقح للبروتوكول المتعلق بمكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والجو البحر، المكمل لاتفاقية اﻷمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، والذي يتضمن الحكم نفسه.
