At the outset of the debate, the Russian Federation had stated that the situation of human rights in Belarus did not warrant the adoption of a draft resolution by the Third Committee.
وكان الاتحاد الروسي منذ البداية قد أعلن أن حالة حقوق الإنسان في بيلاروس لا تستحق أن تخصص لها اللجنة الثالثة مشروع قرار.
