We call upon the Security Council to request the Special Commission to provide it with all the information on this issue it claims to have in its possession and to disclose to the Council the source of this forged information. Iraq is ready to provide all necessary clarification thereof.

16. These events in Iraq during the last week have confirmed assessments made in recent reports of the Special Commission to the Security Council.
١٦ - هذه اﻷحداث التي شهدها العراق خلال الاسبوع الماضي أكدت التقييمات التي وردت في التقارير اﻷخيرة للجنة الخاصة إلى مجلس اﻷمن.

The Council reminds the Government of Iraq that only full compliance with its obligations under the relevant resolutions will enable the Executive Chairman of the Special Commission to present his report in accordance with section C of resolution 687 (1991).
ويذكﱢر المجلس حكومة العراق بأن الامتثال التام لالتزاماتها بموجب القرارات ذات الصلة هو وحده الذي سيمكن الرئيس التنفيذي للجنة الخاصة من تقديم تقريره وفقا للجزء جيم من القرار ٦٨٧ )١٩٩١(.
