Article 13 also stipulates that “compulsory employment shall not be imposed on anyone, except in exceptional cases of necessity which are exclusively defined”. Article 23 further stipulates that work is the right of all citizens, that the State shall provide work for all Jordanians and that the State shall protect labour and formulate work legislation based on the following principles:
كما أن المادة )٣١( تنص على أنه " لا يفرض التشغيل الالزامي على أحد إلا في حالات استثنائية ضرورية حددت على سبيل الحصر " ، إضافة إلى ما ورد في المادة )٣٢( من أن العمل حق لجميع المواطنين وعلى الدولة أن توفره لﻷردنيين. وتحمي الدولة العمل وتضع له تشريعاً يقوم على المبادئ اﻵتية:

the State shall protect working women by providing safe and healthful working conditions, taking into account their maternal functions, and such facilities and opportunities that will enhance their welfare and enable them to realize their full potential in the service of the nation (art. XII, sect. 14, of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.)
٣١١- وتحمي الدولة النساء العاملات بتوفير ظروف عمل آمنة وصحية، تراعي مهامهن المتصلة باﻷمومة، وتوفير التسهيلات والفرص التي من شأنها أن تزيد من رفاهتهن وتمكنهن من تحقيق كامل امكاناتهن في خدمة اﻷمة )المادة الثانية عشرة، الفرع ٤١ من دستور الفلبين لعام ٧٨٩١(.

54. The rights provided for in this article are guaranteed by article 35 of the Kuwaiti Constitution, which affirms that: “Freedom of belief is absolute. the State shall protect freedom of religious observance in accordance with established customs, provided that such is neither detrimental to public order nor incompatible with morality.”
٤٥- إن الحقوق المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة مضمونة بموجب المادة ٥٣ من الدستور الكويتي والتي تؤكد على أن " حرية الاعتقاد مطلقة وتحمي الدولة حرية القيام بشعائر اﻷديان طبقاً للعادات المرعية على ألا يخل ذلك بالنظام العام أو ينافي اﻵداب " .

Article 65 stipulates that the State shall protect and upgrade the rights of citizens to quality education at all levels and article 68 states that the State shall provide free primary and secondary education to all citizens in public schools and that citizens shall receive education for at least nine years.
إذ تنص المادة ٥٦ منه على أن تقوم الدولة بحماية وتعزيز حقوق المواطنين في التعليم الممتاز على جميع المستويات. وتنص المادة ٨٦ على أن توفر الدولة التعليم المجاني في المرحلتين الابتدائية والثانوية لجميع المواطنين في المدارس العامة، وأن يتلقى المواطنون تعليما لمدة تسع سنوات على اﻷقل.

Article 35 (the State shall protect the marriage, the family, the mother and the child) strengthens the provisions of Article 25.
وتعزز المادة 35 (تقوم الدولة بحماية الزواج، والأسرة، والأم والطفل) أحكام المادة 25.

619. Article 53 of the Constitution provides that the State shall protect the family, motherhood, fatherhood, children and young people and shall create the conditions necessary for such protection.

وتنص الفقرة 42 من قانون المبادئ الأساسية لحماية حقوق الطفل على أنه يتعين على الدولة أن تحمي الطفل ضد كافة أشكال الاستغلال أثناء العمل.
