In its decision 2003/106, the Sub-Commission decided to request Mr. RodríguezCuadros to prepare the final version of his working paper, taking into account the comments and suggestions made at the fifty-fifth session of the Sub-Commission, for submission to the SubCommission at its fifty-sixth session.

9. The Subcommission decided to entrust Ms. Florizelle O'Connor with the preparation of a working paper on women in prison, including issues relating to the children of women in prison, for submission to the SubCommission at its fifty-sixth session (see decision 2003/104 on women in prison).

In its resolution 2003/4, the Sub-Commission decided to appoint Ms. Motoc as Special Rapporteur to undertake a study on human rights and the human genome based on her working paper, and requested the Special Rapporteur to submit a preliminary report to the SubCommission at its fifty-sixth session and her final report to the Commission at its sixtyfirst session.

2. The Coordinator submitted a working paper entitled " A preliminary framework draft of principles and guidelines concerning human rights and terrorism " (draft guidelines) to the SubCommission at its fifty-sixth session (E/CN.4/Sub.4/2004/47), which contained a brief note on Sub-Commission resolution 2003/15, as well as the preliminary draft guidelines themselves.
2- وقدمت المنسِّقة ورقة عمل عنوانها " مشروع إطاري أولي للمبادئ العامة والمبادئ والتوجيهية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان والإرهاب " ( " مشروع مبادئ توجيهية " ) إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها السادسة والخمسين (E/CN.4/Sub.4/2004/47)، تضمنت مذكرة موجزة عن قرار اللجنة الفرعية 2003/15 ومشروع المبادئ التوجيهية الأولي.
