I. to call upon the Arab States
أولاً: دعوة الدول العربية إلى:

to call upon the Arab States to support and assist the Republic of Yemen in its chairmanship of the Group of 77 and China.
8 - دعوة الدول العربية إلى دعم ومساندة الجمهورية اليمنية في رئاستها لمجموعة الـ 77 والصين.

2. to call upon the Arab States to participate in the current negotiations on liberalization of the trade in services between Arab States, in accordance with the general provisions of the agreement reached by the Social and Economic Council;
2- دعوة الدول العربية إلى المشاركة في المفاوضات الجارية لتحرير تجارة الخدمات بين الدول العربية، وفقاً للأحكام العامة للاتفاقية المقرة من قبل المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.

Fourthly, 1. to call upon the Arab States to follow up the resolutions of the World Summit on the Information Society, particularly at international level, in order to benefit this sector in Arab States;
رابعاً: 1- دعوة الدول العربية إلى متابعة قرارات القمة العالمية حول مجتمع المعلومات خاصة على المستوى الدولي، وبما يعود بالفائدة على هذا القطاع في الدول العربية.

أولاً: دعوة الدول العربية لدعم إعادة إعمار ما دمره العدوان الإسرائيلي من مباني سكنية وبنى تحتية (طرق، جسور، كهرباء، مياه) جراء العمليات العسكرية في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية.

3. to call upon the Arab States to continue to support the budget of the Palestinian National Authority in accordance with the resolutions of previous Arab summits, for a period of one year, with effect from 1 April 2008;
3 - دعوة الدول العربية إلى الاستمرار في دعم موازنة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية وفقا لما أقرته القمم العربية السابقة لمدة سنة تبدأ من 1/4/2008.

(d) to call upon the Arab States to continue to support the implementation of the project to provide rail links.
(د) دعوة الدول العربية الاستمرار في دعم تنفيذ مشروع الربط البري العربي بالسكك الحديدية.

(b) to call upon the Arab States and joint Arab institutions to take action to remove all obstacles to implementation of certain of the above projects.
(ب) دعوة الدول العربية ومؤسسات العمل العربي المشترك إلى العمل على تذليل كافة العقبات التي تواجه تنفيذ بعض تلك القرارات.

II. to call upon the Arab States to:
ثانيا - دعوة الدول العربية إلى:

1. to call upon the Arab States to continue to support the budget of the Palestinian National Authority for a further period commencing 1 April 2006, in accordance with the principles and mechanisms adopted at the Beirut Summit (2002) in support of the budget and to undertake to pay their shares in accordance with the same mechanism adopted at the Beirut Summit (2002) for the period from 1 October 2005 to 31 March 2006;
دعوة الدول العربية إلى الاستمرار في دعم موازنة السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية، لفترة أخرى ابتداء من 1/4/2006 وفقًا للأسس والآليات التي أقرتها قمة بيروت 2002 لدعم الموازنة، والالتزام بتسديد حصص الدول العربية وفق الآلية نفسها التي أقرتها قمة بيروت 2002 عن الفترة من 1/10/2005 وحتى 31/3/2006.

b. to call upon the Arab States to provide the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development with detailed data and information on investment projects, financing entities, financing volume and their efforts to implement the three components of the Emergency Arab Food Security Program.
ب - دعوة الدول العربية موافاة المنظمة العربية للتنمية الزراعية بالبيانات والمعلومات التفصيلية للمشروعات الاستثمارية والجهات الممولة وحجم التمويل وجهودها في إطار تنفيذ مكونات البرنامج الطارئ للأمن الغذائي العربي الثلاثة.

c. to call upon the Arab States, particularly the states that possess abundant agricultural resources, to improve the agricultural investment climate in respect of investment laws and legislation, infrastructure and practices that are inconsistent with investment laws and regulations in effect.
ج - دعوة الدول العربية وخاصة الدول ذات الإمكانات الزراعية المتوفرة للعمل على تحسين مناخ الاستثمار الزراعي فيما يتصل بقوانين وتشريعات الاستثمار والبنى التحتية والممارسات التي لا تتفق مع القوانين ولوائح الاستثمار المعمول بها.

(a) to call upon the Arab States to support and expand the areas in which Arab civil society organizations and institutions operate as partners in the development process, activate their roles and facilitate their involvement in joint Arab activities.
(أ) دعوة الدول العربية إلى دعم وتوسيع مجالات عمل منظمات ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني العربي كشركاء في عملية التنمية وتفعيل أدوارها وتيسير مشاركتها في فعاليات منظومة العمل العربي المشترك.

To extend gratitude to the State of Kuwait for the financial support, amounting to US$ 10,000,000, it has given for the rebuilding of the shrines of Imam Ali al-Hadi and Imam Hasan al-Askari and the houses of worship and mosques destroyed, and to call upon the Arab States to contribute to the rebuilding of mosques and places of worship;
وتقديم الشكر لدولة الكويت على الدعم المالي الذي قدمته، وقدره عشرة ملايين دولار أمريكي، للمساهمة في إصلاح مرقدي الإمامين على الهادي والحسن العسكري ودور العبادة والمساجد التي تعرضت للتخريب، ودعوة الدول العربية إلى المسـاهمة في إعادة بناء المساجد ودور العبادة.
