While noting that security assurances have been provided by nuclearweapons States to all States parties to the treaties of Tlatelolco and Rarotonga through their respective protocols, we remain deeply concerned that not all nuclearweapons States have either signed or ratified the protocols to the Treaty of Bangkok and the Treaty of Pelindaba.

و أعربوا أيضا عن مساندتهم لمبادرة دعوة انعقاد مؤتمر دولي للدول الأعضاء والمصدقة والموقعة على معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبيلندابا لمناقشة وتنفيذ المزيد من طرق وسبل التعاون فيما بينها ووكالات المعاهدة التابعة إليها والدول الأخرى المعنية وذلك في الوقت المناسب.

163. The States parties support initiatives being taken by States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba to explore and implement further ways and means of cooperation, in order to promote the common goals of those treaties.
٣١٦ - تؤيد الدول الأطراف المبادرات التي اتخذتها الدول الأطراف والموقعة على معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبيليندابا وبانكوك والدول الأطراف فيها من أهمية على إنشاء آلية للتعاون فيما بين الوكالات التابعة لكل منها المنشأة بموجب المعاهدات.

We would highlight the importance of paragraph 4 of the draft before us, which calls upon the States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Raratonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba to explore and implement further ways and means of cooperation, including the consolidation of the status of the nuclear-weapon-free Southern Hemisphere and adjacent areas.

وإذ تلاحظ أيضا أن الدول الأطراف والدول الموقعة على معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبليندابا ومعاهدة إنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في آسيا الوسطى قد أعربت عن دعمها لسياسة منغوليا في المؤتمر الثاني للدول الأطراف والدول الموقعة على معاهدات إنشاء المناطق الخالية من الأسلحة النووية ومنغوليا الذي عقد في نيويورك في 30 نيسان/أبريل 2010،

They supported the initiative of convening an international conference of States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba, to consider means of widening cooperation among them, the treaty agencies and other interested States.
كما تؤيد دول حركة عدم الانحياز فكرة الدعوة إلى عقد مؤتمر دولي يجمع الدول الأطراف في معاهدات تلاتيلولكو وراروتونغا وبانكوك وبليندابا فضلاً عن الدول الموقعة على هذه الصكوك لدراسة إمكانات توسيع نطاق التعاون فيما بينها وكذلك مع دول أخرى معنية وبين الهيئات المنشأة بموجب هذه المعاهدات.

Congratulates the States parties and signatories to the treaties of Tlatelolco, Rarotonga, Bangkok and Pelindaba, as well as of Central Asia and Mongolia, for their efforts to pursue the common goals envisaged in those treaties and to promote the nuclear-weapon-free status of the southern hemisphere and adjacent areas, and calls upon them to explore and implement further ways and means of cooperation among themselves and their treaty agencies;
