Following recommendations submitted to the two leaders in July 2011 by the Gender Advisory Team, a civil society-based bicommunal group formed in 2009, the project team of bicommunal " ENGAGE: Do Your Part for Peace " initiative developed a process aimed at better integrating women's perspectives into reconciliation efforts.
