2. The withdrawal of a declaration made under article 21 of the Convention shall not prejudice the consideration of any matter that is the subject of a communication already transmitted under that article; no further communication by any State party shall be received under that article after the notification of withdrawal of the declaration has been received by the Secretary-General, unless the State party has made a new declaration.
2- لا يخل سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 21 من الاتفاقية بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع رسالة سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، ولا يجوز تسلم أي رسالة أخرى من أية دولة طرف بمقتضى تلك المادة بعد أن يتسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

The withdrawal of a declaration made under article 22 of the Convention shall not prejudice the consideration of any matter which is the subject of a complaint already transmitted under that article; no further complaint by or on behalf of an individual shall be received under that article after the notification of withdrawal of the declaration has been received by the Secretary-General, unless the State party has made a new declaration.
2- إن سحب إعلان مقدم بموجب المادة 22 من الاتفاقية لا يخل بالنظر في أي مسألة تشكل موضوع شكوى سبقت إحالتها بمقتضى تلك المادة، وأي شكوى أخرى مقدمة من أي فرد أو باسمه لا يجوز تسلمها بموجب هذه المادة بعد تسلم الأمين العام إخطار سحب الإعلان، ما لم تكن الدولة الطرف المعنية قد أصدرت إعلاناً جديداً.

The information dated 26 June 2007 concerned one case transmitted under the urgent action procedure.
