16 - ترحب بما تقدمه الجهات المانحة من مساهمات لتلبية احتياجات برنامج المساعدة الفورية والانتقالية للشعب الأفغاني لعام 2002، وتحث هذه الجهات على الوفاء فورا بالتزاماتها المالية التي أعلنتها في المؤتمر الدولي لتقديم المساعدة من أجل تعمير أفغانستان، المعقود في طوكيو، في 21 و 22 كانون الثاني/يناير 2002، وتدعوها إلى تقديم موارد إضافية زيادة على تلك التي تعهدت بها في ذلك المؤتمر؛

10. Encourages States to protect and provide assistance to migrant children, including adolescents, within their jurisdiction, including victims of national and transnational organized crime, including through the implementation of gender-responsive programmes and policies that provide for protection and access to medical, psychosocial and legal assistance, as necessary, and urges them to prosecute perpetrators and abusers;
١٠ - تشجع الدول على حماية ومساعدة الأطفال المهاجرين، بمن فيهم المراهقون، في إطار ولايتها القضائية، بمن في ذلك ضحايا الجريمة المنظمة الوطنية وعبر الوطنية، وذلك بوسائل منها تنفيذ البرامج والسياسات التي تراعي المنظور الجنساني وتنص على توفير الحماية وإيجاد فرص الحصول، عند الاقتضاء، على المساعدة الطبية والنفسية والقانونية، وتحثّها على مقاضاة الجناة والمعتدين؛
