The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen measures to protect the rights and interests of child victims of offences under the Optional Protocol and, in particular:
34- توصي اللجنة بأن تعزِّز الدولة الطرف تدابير حماية حقوق ومصالح الأطفال ضحايا الجرائم المشمولة بالبروتوكول الاختياري، وعلى وجه الخصوص:

(e) Qualified, independent, free or subsidized legal and other appropriate assistance is available to all victims of offences under the Optional Protocol;
