The Committee had also adopted a joint declaration, on the occasion of the commemoration of the International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, with the Special Rapporteur of the Commission on Human Rights on the question of torture, the Voluntary Fund for the Victims of Torture and the High Commissioner for Human Rights.
