وفي حال حصول أكثر من مرشح واحد من الدولة العضو ذاتها على الأغلبية المطلوبة في جولة الاقتراع ذاتها، فإن المرشح الذي يحصل على أكبر عدد من الأصوات هو وحده الذي يُعلن انتخابه.

The member receiving the most votes shall then be elected.
ويُنتخب عندئذ العضو الذي يحصل على أغلبية الأصوات.
