His Excellency James Wani Igga, Vice-President of the Republic of South Sudan, addressed the General Assembly.
ألقى صاحب الفخامة جيمس واني إيغا، نائب رئيس جمهورية جنوب السودان، كلمة أمام الجمعية العامة.

The order was passed invoking the provisions of the J & K PSA for reasons that the activities of Mr. Wani were allegedly prejudicial to the security of the State.
وقد صدر الأمر بالاستناد أحكام قانون السلامة العامة لجامو وكشمير لأسباب تتعلق بأن أنشطة السيد واني يفترض أنها تسيء إلى أمن الدولة.

21. Mr. Nisar Ahmad Wani he had been arrested on 14 September 2004 and continuously detained until 10 December 2005 when the detention order was passed.
