Fifth, the Government renewed once more, through its President, the offer of amnesty to all those who bore weapons against the homeland. It also reiterated its invitation for political participation internally by all parties, without any restrictions or exclusions. A great number of politicians and citizens accepted this invitation.
خامســا، جــددت الحكومــة علــى لسـان رئيس الجمهوريـــة مرة أخـرى العفــو عن كــل الذين حملوا السلاح ضد الوطن، كما جددت الدعـــوة للمشاركــة السياسية في الداخـــل لكافة اﻷطـــراف دون حجر أو حظــر، وقـــد استجاب عدد كبير من السياسيين والمواطنين لهذه الدعوة.

The Government of the Syrian Arab Republic warns that the terrorist groups could use those weapons against the Syrian people. It regrets that the international community has not taken action to address these developments and hold the terrorist groups' supporters accountable under the relevant Security Council resolutions.
