It also called upon them, as a demonstration of goodwill, to cooperate with the United Nations in the implementation of certain aspects of the plan, such as the release of Saharan political prisoners and the exchange of prisoners of war on humanitarian grounds, as soon as possible, and encouraged them to consider additional ways to create confidence between themselves in order to remove obstacles to the implementation of the plan.
وطلب المجلس من الطرفين أيضا القيام، كتعبير منهما عن حسن النية، بالتعاون مع اﻷمم المتحدة في تنفيذ جوانب معينة من الخطة، مثل اﻹفراج عن السجناء السياسيين الصحراويين وتبادل أسرى الحرب على أسس إنسانية، في أقرب وقت ممكن، وشجعهما على تلمس طرق إضافية لبناء الثقة بينهما بغية إزالة العقبات التي تعرقل تنفيذ الخطة.
