Mr. AJMAL (Comptroller General) said that the Secretariat attached due importance to the implementation of the recommendations in the JIU reports wherever feasible and promptly provided information to Member States on reports of direct relevance to UNIDO, as well as drawing the attention of the Secretariat management and staff to the contents of those reports to ensure that best practices were adopted.
