440. In a further communication, the Russian Federation authorities stated that the Argun city procurator's office initiated a criminal case on the basis of indications of an offence under article 126 (abduction) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

5. At its 1st meeting, on 26 April 2010, the Working Group re-elected by acclamation Arjun Sengupta (India) as Chairperson-Rapporteur, and adopted its agenda (A/HRC/WG.2/11/1) and programme of work (see annex I).
