From the foregoing it clearly emerges that the Republic of Armenia has from the outset followed a policy of territorial designs on the Azerbaijani Republic and continues to follow that policy today.

I would also like to inform the Assembly that Armenia has joined the list of sponsors of draft resolution A/57/L.14.
وأود أن أبلغ الجمعية أيضا بأن أرمينيا قد انضمت إلى قائمة مقدمي مشروع القرار A/57/L.14.

1. To note that Armenia has now been reclassified as a developing country under decision XIV/2 of the Fourteenth Meeting of the Parties;
1 - أن يشير إلى أن أرمينيا قد أعيد تصنيفها في الوقت الحالي كبلد نام بموجب المقرر 14/2 للاجتماع الرابع عشر للأطراف؛

Azerbaijan failed to acknowledge that Armenia had done exactly what the Security Council resolutions called on it to do, which was to use its good offices with Nagorno Karabakh leadership to help find a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
وأذربيجان لا تستطيع أن تسلّم بأنّ أرمينيا قد نفّذت بدقة ما طُلب إليها القيام به في قرارات مجلس الأمن، أي استخدام مساعيها الحميدة لدى قيادة ناغورني كاراباخ من أجل المساعدة على إيجاد حل سلمي للنزاع.

Armenia had reported methyl bromide consumption in 2003 of zero.
وكانت أرمينيا قد أبلغت عن استهلاك من بروميد الميثيل في عام 2003 يساوي صفراً.

Conscious of the fact that economic damage inflicted upon Azerbaijan in its territories currently by Armenia already exceeds US$ 60 billion;
وإذ يعي أن الخسائر الاقتصادية التي تتكبدها أذربيجان في أراضيها المحتلة من قبل أرمينيا قد تجاوزت 60 مليار دولار أمريكي،

If anything, by occupying Azerbaijani territories, Armenia has gained a deep sense of apprehension and fear that it has bitten off more than it can chew.
وإذا كان احتلال الأراضي الأذربيجانية قد حقق أي شيء فهو أن أرمينيا قد انتابها شعور عميق بالخوف والترقب لأنها قضمت أكثر مما تستطيع مضغه.

Consequently, the Republic of Armenia has blatantly violated this international instrument and once again made it clear in the most unambiguous manner that international law is no authority for this country which exists outside the generally accepted standards of behaviour.
وعليه، فإن جمهورية أرمينيا قد انتهكت انتهاكاً صارخاً هذا الصك الدولي وأوضحت مرة أخرى على نحو جد سافرٍ أن القانون الدولي ليست له سلطة على هذا البلد الذي يوجد خارج معايير السلوك المقبولة عموما.

To further note that since Armenia has applied for reclassification as a developing country operating under Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol, the Implementation Committee should review the situation of Armenia after this matter is resolved.
3 - أن يلاحظ أيضاً إنه طالما أن أرمينيا قد تقدمت بطلب لإعادة تصنيفها كطرف عامل بالمادة 5 من بروتوكول مونتريال، فإنه يصبح لزاما على لجنه التنفيذ أن تستعرض الوضع بالنسبة لأرمينيا بعد حسم هذا الأمر.

Furthermore, Armenia has exerted additional efforts on relevant programmes by promoting education and science, strengthening the social security system and expanding targeted programmes, with a focus on health care, pensions and gender equality.
وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن أرمينيا قد بذلت جهودا إضافية في برامج ذات صلة بتطوير التعليم والعلوم، وتعزيز نظام الضمان الاجتماعي وتوسيع البرامج الموجهة مع التركيز على الرعاية الصحية والتقاعد والمساواة بين الجنسين.

3. To note further, however, that despite the absence of financial assistance, Armenia has reported data showing it to be in compliance with the freeze on CFC consumption, and to congratulate Armenia on its achievements.
3 - وأن يحيط علما كذلك بأنه رغما عن عدم وجود مساعدات مالية فإن أرمينيا قد أبلغت بالبيانات التي تبين أنها ملتزمة بتجميد استهلاك مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية وأن يهنئ أرمينيا على هذه الإنجازات.

Meanwhile, what the Azerbaijani representative failed to acknowledge is that Armenia has done exactly what the Security Council resolutions called on Armenia to do some 18 years ago, that is, to use its good offices with the leadership of Nagorny Karabakh to help find a peaceful solution to the conflict.
إن ما لم يدركه ممثل أذربيجان هو أن أرمينيا قد نفذت بالضبط ما طلب منها بموجب قرارات مجلس الأمن قبل 18 عاما، ألا وهو استخدام مساعيها الحميدة مع قيادة ناغورني كاراباخ للمساعدة على إيجاد حل سلمي لهذا الصراع.

144- ويجدر بالإشارة أيضاً أن شرطة جمهورية أرمينيا قد عممت مشروع قانون جمهورية أرمينيا الجديد " المتعلق بحماية البيانات الشخصية " ، الذي سيحدد خصوصيات تجهيز البيانات الشخصية الحيوية والبيانات الشخصية من الفئة الخاصة وفقاً للمعايير الدولية.
