1. States Parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the offences covered by this Convention.
1- تقدِّم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والاجراءات القضائية المتصلة بالجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

1. States Parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the offences covered by this Convention.
1- تقدِّم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والإجراءات القضائية المتصلة بالجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

At the operational level, article 18, paragraph 1, of the Organized Crime Convention provides that States parties should afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings.
وعلى الصعيد العملياتي، تنصُّ الفقرة 1 من المادة 18 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة على أنَّه ينبغي أن تقدِّم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والإجراءات القضائية.

3. States Parties shall, when appropriate, afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the violations of the provisions of this Treaty.
3 - تقوم الدول الأطراف، عند الاقتضاء، بتوفير أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة لبعضها البعض، وذلك في التحقيقات والمحاكمات والإجراءات القضائية ذات الصلة بانتهاك أحكام هذه المعاهدة.

32. States parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the violations of the provisions of this Treaty.
32 - تقدم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والإجراءات القضائية المتصلة بانتهاكات أحكام هذه المعاهدة.

The Palermo Convention commits States parties to developing national projects and promoting best practices and policies aimed at the prevention of transnational organized crime and specifies that States parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance.

Article 53 Mutual legal assistance 1. States Parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the offences covered by this Convention.,

43. The group noted that, in accordance with article 18, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the aim of the instrument was to facilitate the provision among States parties of the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the offences falling within its scope of application.
43- ولاحظ الفريق أنه، وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 18 من الاتفاقية، يهدف الصك إلى تيسير قيام الدول الأطراف فيما بينها بتقديم أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والإجراءات القضائية فيما يتعلق بالجرائم التي تقع ضمن نطاق انطباقها.
