Article 10 of the above-mentioned Act states that every child is entitled to his or her own name, which must be registered at birth, in accordance with the Civil Status and Civil Register Act.

363 - وقد نص إعلان سالامانكا المتعلق بمبادئ وسياسات وممارسات الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة المعتمد في المؤتمر الدولي المعني بالاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة الذي نظمته منظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو) بالتعاون مع حكومة إسبانيا في عام 1994 على أن لكل طفل حقا أساسيا في التعليم.

61. The Convention on the Rights of the Child states that every child has the right to grow up in a family environment.
61 - وتنص اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يترعرع في بيئة عائلية.

Article 7 of the Convention provides that every child has the right to a name and a nationality, and it stipulates that boys and girls should be registered immediately after birth.
وتنص المادة 7 من الاتفاقية على أن لكل طفل الحق في اسم وفي اكتساب جنسية، وتنص على وجه التحديد على أنه ينبغي أن يُسجل المولود، ذكراً كان أم أنثى، بعد ولادته فوراً.

113. Article 24 of the Covenant states that every child has the right to protection owing to his status as a minor, that every child shall be registered and shall have a name, and that every child has the right to acquire a nationality.
٣١١- تنص المادة ٤٢ من العهد على أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية التي يقتضيها كونه قاصرا، وأن يتوجب تسجيل كل طفل ويعطى اسما يعرف به، وأن لكل طفل الحق في اكتساب جنسية.

Article 10 of the Act provides that every child has the right to have a name that distinguishes him, and that that name shall be inscribed at the time of his birth in a register of births, in accordance with the terms of the Civil Status and Civil Registration Act.

85. Article 10 of the Rights of the Child Act affirms that every child has the right to a name which distinguishes him or her from others and which is entered at birth in the birth registers.
٨٥- أكدت المادة ١٠ من قانون حقوق الطفل أن لكل طفل الحق في أن يكون لـه اسم يميزه عن غيره، يسجل عند الميلاد في سجلات المواليد.

The Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act provided that every child had the right to protection against exploitation, improper influences, hazards and other conditions or circumstances prejudicial to his or her physical, mental, emotional, social and moral development.
84- وينص القانون المتعلق بالحماية الخاصة للأطفال من الاعتداء والاستغلال والتمييز على أن لكل طفل الحق في الحماية من الاستغلال والتأثيرات غير المشروعة والمخاطر وغيرها من الأوضاع أو الظروف الضارة بنموهم الجسماني والعقلي والعاطفي والاجتماعي والأخلاقي.

In the light of article 24 (3) of the Covenant, which stated that every child had the right to acquire a nationality, he suggested that schools should offer counselling services for children who were noncitizens to speed up the process of naturalization.
وفي ضوء المادة 24(3) من العهد، التي تنص على أن لكل طفل الحق في اكتساب جنسية، قال إنه ينبغي أن تقدم المدارس خدمات الإرشاد للأطفال غير المواطنين للإسراع بعملية التجنيس.

The Basic Law that governed the transition is silent on this point, but the current Constitution provides (article 28) that every child is entitled to special measures of protection, to be taken by its family, society and the state, as required by its condition, in accordance with national and international law.

Section 7 of the Act provides that `every child shall be entitled to education the provision of which shall be the responsibility of the Government and parents.
وينص البند 7 منه على أن لكل طفل الحق في التعليم الذي تقع مسؤولية توفيره على الحكومة والآباء.

This means that each child has a specific developmental pathway, and that teachers should encourage and supervise them and help them to follow it -- allowing scope for, and appreciating, each child's pace of learning and learning style.
وهذا يعني أن لكل طفل مسارا معينا للنمو، وأنه ينبغي للمعلمين تشجيعهم ومساعدتهم على اتباع ذلك والإشراف عليهم في هذا الصدد - مع السماح بمجال لمعدل تعلم كل طفل وأسلوب تعلمه، وتقدير ذلك.
