ونظراً لعدم ورود أي معلومات من الحكومة يرى الفريق العامل أن بإمكانه أن يتخذ مقرراً بشأن وقائع الحالات وظروفها، وبخاصة ﻷن الحكومة لم تطعن في صحة الوقائع والادعاءات الواردة في البلاغ رغم إعطائها الفرصة للقيام بذلك.

Despite the absence of any information from the Government and on the basis of information made available to it, the Working Group considers itself in a position to render an opinion on the detention of Mr. Al-Mrayat in accordance with paragraph 16 of its methods of work.
