12 - تعرب عن أسفها لأنه لم ينظر على النحو الواجب في الشواغل الأمنية والاحتياجات من الأماكن في مرحلة أبكر من مراحل المخطط العام لتجديد مباني المقر ولأن قرار إبقاء مجلس الأمن داخل المجمع الرئيسي للمباني لم يكن جزءا من التخطيط الأولي، مما أدى إلى حدوث حالات تأخير وتغييرات كبيرة في تصميم المشروع وتكاليف إضافية؛

8. The Secretariat of the Committee has kept the Security Council informed of the activities of the Committee through the reports submitted by the Secretary-General to the Security Council pursuant to resolutions 1160 (1998), 1199 (1998) and 1203 (1998).
