36- وتحيط اللجنة علماً بموقف الدولة الطرف التي ترى أن التشريعات الجنائية الفرنسية ملائمة لمنع اختفاء الأطفال ومعاقبة مرتكبيه، ومنع ومعاقبة مرتكبي تزوير الوثائق وإتلافها، فضلاً عن الإجراءات الواردة في قانون الإجراءات المدنية التي تتيح إلغاء حكم تبنٍّ في الحالات الاستثنائية التي أسيء فيها استغلال حسن نية القاضي.
