(أ) التعاون مع المبادرات الأخرى والبرامج القائمة في مجال تنميـة القدرات، مثل برنامج بناء القدرات لعـام 2015 الذي يضطلع بــه برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، من أجل توفير الموارد اللازمـة لإصلاح التعليم، بما يجعل النظم التعليمية ذات صلــة بالدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، وذلك بجملة وسائل من بينها دمج استراتيجيات وطنية للتنمية المستدامة في المناهج التعليمية؛

(f) Implementation of national strategies for sustainable development in all countries by 2005, so as to ensure that current trends in the loss of environmental resources are effectively reversed at both global and national level by 2015.
