It should be noted that most delegations felt that the current session of the Ad Hoc Committee should focus on the conclusion of the international convention for the suppression of acts of nuclear terrorism, while maintaining the momentum on the comprehensive convention with the view to its adoption during the sixtieth session of the General Assembly, as it was suggested by the Secretary-General in his report.
