The Literary and Artistic Works Act states as follows:
وينص قانون المصنفات الأدبية والفنية على الآتي:

(a) No. 37, dated 17 April 1989, " On the rates of remuneration of authors for the public use of works of literature and art " ;

In 1994 the Republic of Estonia joined the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, which provides for the protection of authors' rights outside Estonia.
ففي سنة 1994 انضمت جمهورية إستونية إلى اتفاقية برن لحماية الأعمال الأدبية والفنية التي توفر الحماية لحقوق المؤلف خارج إستونيا.

It joined WIPO in 1996 and acceded to the Universal Copyright Convention in 1997, the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works in 1998, and the Geneva Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms in 2001.

إقامة المسابقات الأدبية والفنية للمعنيين بثقافة الأطفال من الكتاب والفنانين؛

)و( ينبغي لحكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ خطوات لتيسير وضمان التمتع بحريات الرأي والتعبير وتكوين الجمعيات، وذلك خاصة بنزع الصفة الجرمية عن التعبير عن اﻵراء المعارضة وبالتخلي عن الرقابة الحكومية على وسائل اﻹعلام والجمعيات اﻷدبية والفنية.
