30 - يفرض القرار 1970 (2011) المتخَّذ في 26 شباط/فبراير 2011 حظرا على توريد الأسلحة إلى ليبيا يشمل منع توريد جميع أنواع الأسلحة وما يتصل بها من أعتدة إلى ليبيا أو بيعها لها أو نقلها إليها أو منها ومنع توفير التدريب وتوفير أفراد المرتزقة المسلحين.
