10 - ويجب حظر نقل المعدات أو المعلومات أو المواد أو المرافق أو الموارد أو الأجهزة المتصلة بالأسلحة النووية، وتقديم المساعدة في الميادين العلمية أو التكنولوجية النووية لدعم القدرات المتعلقة بالأسلحة النووية المتوافرة لدى الدول التي ليست أطرافا في المعاهدة، بدون استثناء وعلى وجه الخصوص النظام الصهيوني، الذي تشكل منشآته النووية غير الخاضعة للضمانات خطرا على الأمن والاستقرار في الشرق الأوسط.
