It was pointed out that a three arbitrator default rule solution most closely reflected the 1976 version of the Rules, as well as the solution contained in article 10, paragraph 2, of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law.
وأشير إلى أن الحل المتمثل في قاعدة احتياطية تنص على تعيين ثلاثة محكمين يجسّد بصورة أوثق صيغة القواعد لسنة 1976، وكذلك الحل الوارد في الفقرة 2 من المادة 10 من قانون الأونسيترال النموذجي للتحكيم.

It was pointed out that a similar provision was found in article 14 of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Model Law.
