Enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks covers activities included in Article 3, paragraph 3, and any additional activities under Article 3, paragraph 4.
وتشمل زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع الأنشطة المدرجة في الفقرة 3 من المادة 3 وأية أنشطة إضافية بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 3.

A systematic surveillance and measurement of aspects related to the implementation and the performance of the project shall be sufficient to enable measurement and calculation of anthropogenic emission reductions by sources and/or anthropogenic enhancements of removals by sinks.

Reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] for Article 6 projects shall be verified either:
98 - يتم التحقق من الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر [أو الزيادات في إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع] للمشاريع بموجب المادة 6 إمّا:

A Party participating in an Article 6 project may develop its own internal mechanisms for verifying a reduction in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or an anthropogenic enhancement of removals by sinks].
130- لأي طرف مشارك في مشروع بموجب المادة 6 أن يستحدث آلياته الخاصة به للتحقق من خفض في الإنبعاثات الإصطناعية حسب المصدر [أو زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية عن طريق إستخدام البالوعات].

A multi-project baseline establishes a performance standard (based on anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or anthropogenic removals by sinks]) for a sector or source category for a specific geographic area that represents what would otherwise occur.
(ب) ينشئ خط الأساس متعدد المشاريع مقياس أداء (على أساس الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر [و/أو إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع]، لقطاع أو فئة مصادر لمنطقة جغرافية معينة تمثل ما يحدث لولا ذلك.

1. In accordance with the guidelines under Article 7 [and Article 5, paragraph 2], each Party included in Annex I shall incorporate in its annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and removals by sinks], the following information:
1- يُدخل كل طرف مدرج في المرفق، وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية في إطار المادة 7 [والفقرة 2 من المادة 5] في قائمته لحصر الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر [والإزالات بواسطة بواليع] المعلومات التالية:

[The implementation of a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] in accordance with the guidelines set out in decision /CP.6;]
(ج) [تنفيذ نظام وطني لتقدير الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر وزيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصُُنعية بواسطة البواليع] وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية المبينة في القرار -/م.أ-6؛]

The collection and archiving of all relevant data necessary for determining baseline anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] within the project boundary during the crediting lifetime;
(ب) تجمع وتحفظ جميع البيانات الضرورية لتحديد الإنبعاثات الصنعية لخط الأساس حسب المصدر [و/أو العمليات المعززة للإزالة الصنعية بواسطة البواليع] داخل حدود المشروع أثناء مدة تقديم الإعتمادات ؛

Not [verify] and/or certify reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [and/or enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks] from a Article 6 project which it has validated;
(و) لا [يتحقق من] و/أو يوثق التخفيضات في الإنبعاثات الصنعية المنشأ حسب المصدر [و/أو زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع] لمشروع بموجب المادة 6 قام بالمصادقة عليه؛

Have in place, by the time a report is submitted pursuant to paragraph and thereafter, a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources [and enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, in accordance with Article 5.1 and requirements in the guidelines thereunder;
(أ) أن يكون قد أقام، بحلول موعد تقديمه تقريراً عملاً بالمادة 19 (أ) وما بعد ذلك، نظاماً وطنياً لتقييم الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر [زيادة طرق إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع] لكل غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال، وفقاً للمادة 5 (1) والمتطلبات في المبادئ التوجيهية بموجبه؛

The implementation of a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and anthropogenic removals by sinks in accordance with the [guidelines] set out in decision /CP.6;
(ج) تنفيذ نظام وطني لتقدير الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر وإزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع وفقاً [للمبادئ التوجيهية] الواردة في القرار -/م أ-6؛

Projects under Article 6 must provide a reduction in anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases by sources listed in Annex A to the Protocol, [or an enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks], that is additional to any that would otherwise occur.
35 - يجب أن توفر المشاريع بموجب المادة 6 تخفيضاً في الإنبعاثات الصنعية لغازات الدفيئة حسب المصدر المدرجة في المرفق ألف للبروتوكول، [أو زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع]، يكون إضافة إلى أي خفض أو إزالة قد يحدث بطريقة أخرى.

The validated project boundary, defined as the space within which the project is implemented and its anthropogenic emissions by sources [or anthropogenic removals by sinks occur];
(أ) الحد المصادق عليه للمشروع والمعرف بأنه الحيز الذي ينفذ المشروع داخله وحيث تحدث إنبعاثاته الصنعية حسب المصدر [أو إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع]؛

Emission data or other data relating to whether of anthropogenic emission reductions by sources or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional shall not be considered confidential.
ولا تعّد سريةً البيانات عن الإنبعاثات او غيرها من البيانات ذات الصلة بما إذا كانت تخفيضات الإنبعاثات الصنعية حسب المصدر أو زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع، إضافية.

[A verification determination [of the project design document or of any reported reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or anthropogenic enhancements of removals by sinks] shall be deemed final [30] days after the date on which it is made public, unless the Party [hosting] [involved in] the project or [x] other Parties request a review by [an appropriate body].
123- يعّد [قرار التحقق [من وثيقة تصميم المشروع أو من أي تخفيضات مبلّغ عنها في الإنبعاثات الإصطناعية حسب المصدر [او زيادة إزالة الإنبعاثات الصنعية بواسطة البواليع] نهائياً بعد [30] يوماً من التاريخ الذي أعلن فيه، ما لم يطلب الطرف [المضيف] للمشروع [المشترك في] المشروع أو [س] من الأطراف الأخرى إستعراضاً [من قبل هيئة ملائمة].

[the anthropogenic emission reductions or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for a Article 6 project may be verified in accordance with mechanisms developed by the host Party.]
