3. 4. Urges Governments to take appropriate measures to address the problem of trafficking in women and girl children and to ensure that the victims are provided with the necessary assistance, support, legal advice, protection, treatment and rehabilitation, and urges Governments to cooperate in this matter;
٤ - تحث الحكومات على أن تتخذ التدابير المناسبة لمعالجة مشكلة الاتجار بالنساء والطفلات وأن تكفل توفير المساعدة والدعم والمشورة القانونية والحماية والعلاج والتأهيل للضحايا، وتحث الحكومات على أن تتعاون في هذه المسألة؛

10. Recommends that the problem of trafficking in women and girl children be given consideration in the context of the implementation of all relevant international legal instruments and, if need be, that consideration be given to measures to strengthen them, without undermining their legal authority and integrity;
٠١ - توصي بأن يجري النظر في مشكلة الاتجار بالنساء والطفلات وذلك في اطار تنفيذ جميع الصكوك القانونية الدولية ذات الصلة، وبأن يجري النظر، إذا دعت الحاجة، في أمر اتخاذ تدابير لتعزيزها دون المساس بقوتها وسلامتها القانونية؛

5. Encourages Governments, relevant organizations and bodies of the United Nations system, intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations to gather and share information relative to all aspects of trafficking in women and girl children in order to facilitate the development of anti-trafficking measures, and to adopt appropriate measures to create wider public awareness of the problem;
٥ - تشجع الحكومات ومؤسسات منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وهيئاتها ذات الصلة، والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومة على جمع وتبادل المعلومات المتعلقة بجميع جوانب الاتجار بالنساء والطفلات لتسهيل وضع تدابير لمناهضة هذا الاتجار، وعلى اتخاذ تدابير مناسبة ﻹيجاد وعي جماهيري أفضل بالمشكلة؛

The Committee notes with regret that trafficking in women and girls has not been legally defined and has not been given the attention it deserves.
وتلاحظ اللجنة مع الأسف أن الاتجار بالنساء والطفلات ليس له تعريف قانوني ولم يحصل على الاهتمام الذي يستحقه.

The Committee requests the State party to take steps to protect women at risk of exploitation and to take stronger action to combat trading and trafficking in women and girls, including the prosecution and punishment of perpetrators and the provision of adequate support and protection to victims.
وتطلب اللجنة من الدولة الطرف أن تتخذ تدابير لحماية النساء المحتمل وقوعهن ضحية للاستغلال، وتعزز الإجراءات الرامية إلى مكافحة الاتجار بالنساء والطفلات وتهريبهن، بما في ذلك محاكمة المذنبين ومعاقبتهم، وتقديم الدعم والحماية للضحايا.
