Concerning the monitoring of allegations of violence during deportations, the annual reports of the National Committee on Security Ethics between 2001 and 2007 mentioned only 14 cases involving alleged breaches of ethics or inappropriate actions by law enforcement officials during removal operations.
5- وفيما يتعلق برصد الادعاءات المتعلقة بالتعرض للعنف أثناء عمليات الترحيل، تشير التقارير السنوية للجنة الوطنية المعنية بقواعد السلوك الأمني في الفترة من 2001 إلى 2007 إلى 14 حالة فقط تتضمن انتهاكات مزعومة لقواعد السلوك أو أعمالاً غير مناسبة من جانب الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القوانين أثناء عمليات النقل.

(8) The Committee is particularly concerned about allegations of torture or other ill-treatment in temporary detention isolation facilities (IVSs) and in investigation isolation facilities (SIZOs) under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or National Security Committee (NSC), especially in the context of national and regional security and anti-terrorism operations conducted by the NSC.
(8) ويساور اللجنة قلق خاص إزاء الادعاءات المتعلقة بالتعرض للتعذيب أو غير ذلك من أشكال إساءة المعاملة في مرافق الاحتجاز المؤقت ومرافق التحقيق التي يُعزل فيها المحتجزون والخاضعة لولاية وزارة الداخلية أو لجنة الأمن القومي، ولا سيما في إطار عمليات الأمن أو مكافحة الإرهاب التي تقوم بها لجنة الأمن القومي على الصعيدين الوطني والإقليمي.
