3. Methods of recruitment for sale and trafficking
٣ - أساليب الاستجلاب من أجل البيع والاتجار

82. One basic problem faced in effectively addressing the issues of sale and trafficking is the lack of clear definitions, which results in confusion, difficulty in drafting legislation, and weak enforcement mechanisms.
٨٢ - تتمثل إحدى المشكلات اﻷساسية التي تعترض التصدي بصورة فعالة لمسألتي البيع والاتجار في عدم وجود تعريفات واضحة لهما، مما يسفر عن وقوع لبس، وصعوبة في التشريع، وضعف في آليات اﻹنفاذ.

The Committee welcomes that the State party provides permanent residence permits to child victims of sale and trafficking and that it will only repatriate victims if, after investigation, it is determined to be in their best interest.
28- ترحب اللجنة بتزويد الدولة الطرف الأطفال ضحايا البيع والاتجار بأذونات إقامة دائمة وبعدم إعادتهم إلاَّ إذا تبين، بعد التحقيق، أن إعادتهم إلى أوطانهم تخدم مصلحتهم الفضلى.

111.35 Take measures to ensure that children under 18 are protected against sale and trafficking, and that investigations and prosecutions of offenders were carried out, and penalties imposed (Egypt);
111-35 اتخاذ التدابير لضمان حماية الأطفال دون سن الثامنة عشرة من البيع والاتجار وضمان إجراء تحقيق وملاحقة قضائية للجناة وفرض العقوبة عليهم (مصر)؛

(d) Some child victims of sale and trafficking are re-victimized as they are detained at the transit centres, sometimes for weeks or months without any charges.
