ويؤكد التجميع والتحليل على أنه في حين توفر القوانين القائمة تغطية كبيرة للمشردين داخليا، ثمة مجالات كبيرة لا توفر فيها هذه القوانين حماية كافية وتتطلب علاج هذه المسألة من خلال تجميع القوانين القائمة وتوضيح أحكامها في وثيقة واحدة.

Lastly, it should be noted that the compilation and analysis before the Commission focuses only on those guarantees relevant to internally displaced persons from the moment they become displaced until the moment of return or until alternative solutions are found.
٤١- وأخيراً ينبغي ملاحظة أن التجميع والتحليل المعروضين على اللجنة يركزان فقط على الضمانات المتصلة بالمشردين داخلياً منذ اللحظة التي يصبحون فيها مشردين حتى لحظة العودة أو إلى حين ايجاد حلول بديلة.

(f) Recognizes that the systematic collection and analysis of age- and sex-disaggregated data, and of data on children with specific needs, such as unaccompanied and separated children, can be useful for States, UNHCR and other relevant agencies and partners in identifying children at heightened risk;
(و) تُدرك أن التجميع والتحليل المنتظمين للبيانات غير المجمعة المتعلقة بالسن والجنس، والبيانات المتعلقة بالأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، مثل الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم أو المنفصلين عن ذويهم، يمكن أن تكون مفيدة للدول، والمفوضية، وغيرها من الوكالات والشركاء ذوي الصلة، في التعرف على الأطفال المعرضين لمخاطر متزايدة.
