22. At the 41st meeting, on 17 July, on the proposal of the President, the Council took note of the note by the Secretary-General transmitting the report of the Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on cooperation in fisheries in Africa.
٢٢ - في الجلسة ٤١، المعقودة في ١٧ تموز/يوليه، أحاط المجلس علما، بناء على اقتراح الرئيس، بمذكرة اﻷمين العام التي يحيل بها تقرير المدير العام لمنظمة اﻷمم المتحدة لﻷغذية والزراعة بشأن التعاون في مجال مصائد اﻷسماك في افريقيا.

It also notes that Argentina is refusing to participate in fisheries cooperation under the South Atlantic Fisheries Commission, despite the serious impact on the environmental sustainability of fish stocks in the South Atlantic.
وهي تلاحظ أيضا أن الأرجنتين ترفض المشاركة في التعاون في مجال مصائد الأسماك في إطار لجنة مصائد الأسماك في جنوب المحيط الأطلسي، رغم الأثر الخطير لذلك على الاستدامة البيئية للأرصدة السمكية في جنوب المحيط الأطلسي.
