176. The following actions are proposed to overcome some of the financial barriers related to the cost and transfer of environmentally sound technologies and problems with access to capital; these actions will assist dissemination and transfer of environmentally sound technologies:
٧٦١- يقترح اتخاذ الاجراءات التالية للتغلب على بعض الحواجز المالية المتعلقة بتكلفة التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا ونقلها والمشاكل المتعلقة بالحصول على رأس المال؛ وهذه الاجراءات ستساعد على نشر ونقل التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا:

(b) Promoting the use of environmental management systems in and transfer of environmentally sound technologies to subsidiaries in developing countries, as well as their diffusion to other companies in the host developing country;
(ب) تشجيع استخدام نظم الإدارة البيئية في التكنولوجيات السليمة بيئيا ونقلها إلى فروع في البلدان النامية، وكذلك نشرها في شركات أخرى في البلد النامي المضيف؛

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) offered cooperation from the Commission on Science and Technology for Development, which has examined a number of priority themes that are closely related to the development, diffusion and transfer of environmentally sound technologies.
