٢٣ - وقد يؤدي التزايد في اﻷنشطة الاقتصادية، التي تضطلع بها الشركات الكبيرة والشركات عبر الوطنية عند إنشائها لعملياتها اﻷجنبية أو سعيها لفرص من فرص الاستثمارات اﻹنتاجية، إلى تيسير وصول الشركات بالبلدان النامية وبلدان الاقتصادات التي تمر بمرحلة انتقالية إلى التمويلات والتكنولوجيات، وذلك بطرق تتضمن إبرام عقود من الباطن أو الدخول في سلاسل لﻹنتاج واﻹمداد للشركات اﻷكبر حجما وللشركات عبر الوطنية.
