The report outlines the relevant jurisprudence of the Human Rights Committee and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the treaty-based human rights norms relating to the realization of the right of peoples to self-determination.
ويوجز التقرير الاجتهادات ذات الصلة للجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان ولجنة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية بشأن قواعد حقوق الإنسان المستندة إلى المعاهدات والمتصلة بإعمال حق الشعوب في تقرير المصير.

Paragraph 8 of general comment 4 adopted by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the right to adequate housing identifies seven key aspects of this right.

The Secretary-General's report on the universal realization of the right of peoples to self-determination (A/67/276) outlined the relevant jurisprudence of the Human Rights Committee and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on the treaty-based human rights norms relating to the realization of the right of peoples to self-determination.

In November 2008, the Law and Health Initiative (LAHI) of OSI participated in individual meetings with members of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on issues related to drug rehabilitation and the right to health.

49. In the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Human Rights Adviser disseminated widely and brought to the attention of partners general comment No. 20 of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights on non-discrimination in economic, social and cultural rights.
