The Committee commends the timely submission of the combined tenth and eleventh periodic reports by the State party.

The Committee welcomes the reports submitted by the State party and the additional oral and written information provided by the delegation, while regretting the late submission of the tenth and eleventh periodic reports.

117. The Committee welcomes the tenth and eleventh periodic reports, submitted in one document, and the opportunity to resume its dialogue with the State party.

It is regretted, however, that the tenth and eleventh periodic reports were not submitted in due time and that neither previous reports nor the report under consideration contained replies of the Government to all comments made and questions raised by the Committee in the consideration of preceding reports.

The Committee recommends that the State party submit its tenth and eleventh periodic reports in a single document by 14 January 2017, taking into account the treaty-specific reporting guidelines adopted by the Committee at its seventy-first session (CERD/C/2007/1) and addressing all the points raised in these concluding observations.
٣٥- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تقدم تقريريها الدوريين العاشر والحادي عشر في وثيقة واحدة، في أجل أقصاه 14 كانون الثاني/يناير 2017، على أن تراعي في ذلك المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بإعداد التقارير الخاصة بالمعاهدات، التي اعتمدتها اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والسبعين (CERD/C/2007/1)، وأن ترد على جميع النقاط التي أثيرت في هذه الملاحظات الختامية.
