366. While noting with appreciation the efforts of the State party in mainland China, the Committee is concerned at the significant numbers of children living and working in the streets.

36. The Committee recognizes the efforts of the State party to facilitate the right to vote of Bolivian migrant workers living abroad but regrets that, in the 2009 presidential elections, only migrant workers at four destinations were taken into consideration.
36- وتعترف اللجنة بما بذلته الدولة الطرف من جهود في سبيل تيسير ممارسة العمال المهاجرين البوليفيين المقيمين في الخارج الحقَّ في التصويت إلاّ أنها تأسف لأن إمكانية التصويت في الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام 2009 لم تُتَح للعمال المهاجرين سوى في أربعة بلدان.

The Committee notes the State party's efforts in undertaking awareness-raising activities and training on children's rights, trafficking and child labour, as well as the significant work of the village vigilance and supervision committees.

358. While the Committee notes the State party's efforts in the area of birth registration, it remains concerned that greater efforts are needed to ensure that all children are registered and are provided with identity cards in order to facilitate the full enjoyment of their rights.
358- فيما تحيط اللجنة علماً بما تبذله الدولة الطرف من جهود في مجال تسجيل الولادة، تظل تشعر بالقلق لوجود حاجة إلى بذل مزيد من هذه الجهود لضمان تسجيل جميع الأطفال وتزويدهم ببطاقات الهوية لتيسير تمتعهم بحقوقهم تمتعاً كاملاً.

(19) While welcoming the State party's efforts in educating and informing State officials about the prohibition against torture, the Committee regrets the lack of information on the impact of such education and training efforts.

7. The Committee also commends the State party upon the efforts it has made to modify its policies and procedures so that they will afford greater protection for human rights and facilitate the application of the Convention. It also notes that the State party's efforts in this regard have included the adoption of the National Human Rights Action Plan for 2009 - 2013 by means of Supreme Decree No. 29851 of 10 December 2008.
7- وتعرب اللجنة أيضاً عن تقديرها لما بذلته الدولة الطرف من جهود في سبيل تعديل سياساتها وإجراءاتها قصد تعزيز حماية حقوق الإنسان وتطبيق الاتفاقية، سيما اعتماد خطة العمل الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان للفترة 2009-2013 بمقتضى المرسوم السامي رقم 29851 المؤرخ 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2008.

14. While commending the efforts made by the State party in disseminating and raising awareness of the provisions enshrined in the Convention, the Committee is concerned that the Convention and the Committee's general recommendations are not widely known in the country.

66. The Committee welcomes the criminalization in domestic legislation of the sale, trafficking and abduction of children and notes the efforts made by the State party in providing facilities and programmes for victims of trafficking and prostitution, inter alia, a hotline, counselling, translation and residential services.
