56- الفقرة 3: تنص هذه الفقرة على سعر العملة وحق السحب الخاص دون النظر إلى خسارة صاحب الحق.

(j) " Unit of account " means the Special Drawing Right as defined by the International Monetary Fund.
(ي) تعني " وحدة حسابية " حق السحب الخاص على نحو ما عرّفه صندوق النقد الدولي.

As for the limits of liability in paragraph 4, the value of currency and the Special Drawing Right are stipulated, without regard for the loss to the holder of the right.
68- أما فيما يتعلّق بحدود المسؤولية، فتنص الفقرة 3 من المادة 61 أيضا على سعر العملة وحق السحب الخاص دون النظر إلى خسارة صاحب الحق.
