These violations would not have taken place had it not been for the blatant intervention of foreign and regional States, and primarily the United States, which is relentless in its hostile course of intervention in the internal affairs of Iraq with a view to injuring its people and obstructing its development.
٢٠ - إن هذه الانتهاكات ما كانت لتقع لولا التدخل الفاضح للدول اﻷجنبية واﻹقليمية وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة التي لا تكف عن نهدها العدائي في التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق بهدف إيذاء شعبه وإعاقة التقدم والتنمية فيه.

2. Since 1991, the Kuwaiti regime has been pursuing a fixed policy of interfering in the internal affairs of Iraq and supporting and funding terrorist groups of proxies and mercenaries that seek to undermine Iraq's stability and to jeopardize its security and the safety of its people. Many of these terrorist organizations have their headquarters in Kuwait.
2 - يعتمد النظام الكويتي منذ عام 1991 سياسة ثابتة في التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق ودعم وتمويل الجماعات الإرهابية العميلة والمرتزقة الهادفة إلى زعزعة استقرار العراق وتهديد أمنه وسلامة أبنائه، والعديد من هذه التنظيمات الإرهابية تمتلك مقرات لها في الكويت.

17 - وأكد الاجتماع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق فضلا عن ضرورة قيام العراق بالمحافظة على علاقات طيبة مع جميع جيرانه، واحترام المعاهدات والاتفاقات القائمة، لا سيما الاتفاقات والعلاقات المتعلقة بالحدود المعترف بها دوليا.

However, the drop in prices and exchange rates was short lived following the negative response from the Government and the appearance of several Ministers and other top officials on television who categorically decried and rejected resolution 986 (1995) on unspecified grounds of " sovereignty infringement and interference in the internal affairs of Iraq " .

The Government of Iraq requests the United Nations to put an end to the interference in Iraq's internal affairs by the Governments of the United States and Turkey, given that such policies are incompatible with the letter and spirit of the Charter and do not advance the goal of building peace and stability in the region or in the world.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تطلب من اﻷمم المتحدة وضع حد للتدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق من قبل حكومتي الولايات المتحدة وتركيا إذ أن هذه السياسات تناقض نص وروح الميثاق ولا تخدم هدف بناء السلم والاستقرار في المنطقة والعالم.

٢٤ - وأضاف أن التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق يجب أن يتوقف حتى تستطيع الحكومة تأمين السلام والاستقرار والتشجيع على عودة اللاجئين.

1. Reaffirm the independence, full sovereignty, national unity, territorial integrity, Arab and Islamic identity of Iraq; commit to the preservation of Iraq's internationally recognized borders; and pledge adherence to the principle of non-interference in Iraq's internal affairs.
1 - إعادة تأكيد استقلال العراق وسيادته الكاملة ووحدته الوطنية وسلامته الإقليمية وهويته العربية والإسلامية؛ والالتزام بالحفاظ على الحدود العراقية المعترف بها دوليا؛ والتشبث بمبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للعراق.
