Although we commend the recent decision by the World Trade Organization General Council with regard to the agreement reached on a negotiating framework in the areas of agriculture, services, development issues and trade facilitation, we would like to underscore the importance of speedy implementation of the agreed conclusions.

In Hong Kong SAR, a task force on aid for trade was created, which will report to the World Trade Organization General Council by July 2006.69
