Along with the need to design new forms of international cooperation in crime prevention and criminal justice, States should implement the provisions of existing international legal instruments in that field.
وباﻹضافة إلى الحاجة إلى تصميم أشكال جديدة للتعاون الدولي في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية، ينبغي للدول أن تنفذ أحكام الصكوك القانونية الدولية السارية في هذا المجال.
