In paragraph 25 of the same resolution, the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report at its sixty-ninth session on the implementation of the Programme of Assistance in 2014 and, following consultations with the Advisory Committee on the Programme of Assistance, to submit recommendations regarding the Programme of Assistance in subsequent years.

The General Assembly would also decide to appoint 25 Member States as members of the Advisory Committee on the Programme, for a period of four years beginning on 1 January 1996.
كمـــــا تقرر الجمعية العامة فيه أن تُعيﱢن خمسا وعشرين دولة عضوا أعضاء في اللجنة الاستشارية المعنية ببرنامج المساعدة لفترة عضوية مدتها أربع سنوات اعتبارا من ١ كانون الثاني/ يناير ١٩٩٦.

33. Drawing attention to paragraph 1, he said that the words " as well as the recommendations made by the Advisory Committee on the Programme of Assistance in the Teaching, Study, Dissemination and Wider Appreciation of International Law " should be deleted.
33 - ولفت الانتباه إلى الفقرة 1 فقال إنه ينبغي حذف عبارة " وكذلك التوصيات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة الاستشارية المعنية ببرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمساعدة في تدريس القانون الدولي ودراسته ونشره وزيادة تفهمه " .
