Concerning the feasibility of demand-side policies in medium- and low-technology industries, one panellist said that the experience of the ICT agency of Sri Lanka could be difficult to replicate in very traditional sectors; coordination was critical, and this type of policies would be difficult to implement in highly fragmented sectors.
45- وفيما يتعلّق بجدوى السياسات المؤثرة في الطلب في قطاعي التكنولوجيا المتوسطة والخفيفة، رأى أحد أعضاء الفريق أن من الصعب نسخ تجربة الهيئة المعنية بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في سري لانكا في القطاعات التقليدية للغاية؛ وأشار إلى ضرورة التنسيق وإلى صعوبة تطبيق هذا النوع من السياسات في القطاعات المجزّأة جداً.
