39. Statistical data on RAE population children are kept as part of the Database on children with Special Educational Needs, based on so called international category " C / special needs " , in line with their socio-economic, cultural and/or linguistic specificities.

16. However, significant limitations exist on the availability of accurate data relating to children with disabilities worldwide, particularly in developing countries.
16 - بيد أنه توجد قيود كبيرة على توافر البيانات الدقيقة المتعلقة بالأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في جميع أنحاء العالم، ولا سيما في البلدان النامية.

24. CRC recommended that Samoa adopt a comprehensive policy for children with disabilities that includes, inter alia, deletion of all negative terms relating to children with disabilities from legislation, regulations and practice, and encourage the inclusion of children with disabilities into the regular educational system.

72. In closing, he noted that the Committee on the Rights of the Child had aptly chosen the important issue of children with disabilities as a theme for general discussion.
٧٢ - واختتم كلمته بالإشارة إلى أن لجنة حقوق الطفل كانت على صواب عندما اختارت المسألة الهامة المتعلقة بالأطفال ذوي الإعاقات كموضوع للمناقشة العامة.

CRC further welcomed the extensive legislation regarding children with disabilities and their rights to appropriate education, rehabilitation and training and urged Tunisia to undertake greater effort in that regard.
