Recalling its decision 26/12 of 24 February 2011 on enhancing cooperation and coordination within the chemicals and wastes cluster,
إذ يشير إلى مقرره 26/12 المؤرخ 24 شباط/فبراير 2011 المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق داخل مجموعة المواد الكيميائية والنفايات،

An important achievement was the elaboration of the draft declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and regional arrangements or agencies in the maintenance of international peace and security.
٦٨ - وما يتسم بأهمية كبرى في هذا الصدد، هو صياغة مشروع الاعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات الاقليمية لصون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين.

1. Approves the Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security, the text of which is annexed to the present resolution;
١ - توافق على اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات اﻹقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين، الذي يرفق نصه بهذا القرار؛

Expresses its appreciation to the Special Committee on the Charter of the United Nations and on the Strengthening of the Role of the Organization for its important contribution to the elaboration of the text of the Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security,
وإذ تعرب عن تقديرها للجنة الخاصة المعنية بميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة وبتعزيز دور المنظمة لاسهامها الهام في صياغة نص الاعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات الاقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين،

He welcomed the contribution of the Special Committee to the elaboration of the Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security, contained in General Assembly resolution 49/57.
ورحب بمساهمة اللجنة الخاصة في وضع اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات اﻹقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين الوارد في قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/٥٧.

١ - توافق على اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات اﻹقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين، والمرفق نصه بهذا القرار؛

In this context, it stresses the importance of the adoption by the General Assembly of the Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security (see resolution 49/57, annex).
وفي هذا السياق، تؤكد أهمية أن تعتمد الجمعية العامة اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والترتيبات أو الوكالات اﻹقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين )انظر القرار ٤٩/٥٧، المرفق(.

The text of the draft declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and regional arrangements or agencies in the maintenance of international peace and security which the Committee submits to the General Assembly for consideration and adoption reads as follows:
٨٩ - فيما يلي نص مشروع الاعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات الاقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين الذي تقدمه اللجنة الخاصة إلى الجمعية العامة للنظر فيه واعتماده:

Under draft resolution I, entitled “Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security”, the General Assembly would approve the Declaration annexed to the draft resolution, and would express its appreciation to the Special Committee for its important contribution to the elaboration of the text of the Declaration.
وبموجــب مشروع القرار اﻷول المعنون " الاعــلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكــالات الاقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمــن الدوليين " ، توافق الجمعية العامة على الاعلان المرفق بمشروع القرار، وتعرب عن تقديرها للجنة الخاصة لما قدمته مــن اسهام كبير في وضع نص الاعلان.

Draft resolution I is entitled “Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security”.
مشــروع القــرار اﻷول معنون " اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بيــن اﻷمــم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكــالات اﻹقليميــة في مجال صون السلم واﻷمــن الدوليين " .

Her delegation was confident that regional arrangements could play a positive role and welcomed the completion of work on the draft Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security.
٩٣ - ومضت قائلة إن الوفد الياباني الواثق من الدور الايجابي الذي من الممكن أن تضطلع به التنظيمات اﻹقليمية، يرحب بانتهاء اﻷعمال المتعلقة بمشروع اﻹعلان المتعلق بتعزيز التعاون بين اﻷمم المتحدة والتنظيمات أو الوكالات اﻹقليمية في مجال صون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين.

3. On 9 December 1994, the General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Enhancement of Cooperation between the United Nations and Regional Arrangements or Agencies in the Maintenance of International Peace and Security. (Resolution 49/57).
